|Electronic Transformer Winding on Bobbin|
|This video shows a custom inductor being wound on an automated winding machine. The wire is wound on a coil form or bobbin. After the machine is programmed for the coil being wound, the bobbin is secured to a winding arbor on the machine. The wire is then secured to the bobbin and the machine winds the number of turns specified. The finish wire is then secured to the coil and the part is ready for assembly.|
Beginning, October 1 continuing through the end of December 2014, Butler Winding is offering free engineering design for new parts. Whether we work from your specifications, drawings or do a "reverse engineering" effort; we will eliminate the design fee associated with the new part. We will waive our engineering design fee for the next three months with a purchase order placed within our normal quotation period during that time period (October through December 2014). Purchase order must exceed a total of $500 to qualify.
